Then from 3 pm to 5 pm, Cocktail Happy Hour takes over. Cosmopolitan, Bramble and Sex on the Beach, made properly and priced for a Saturday afternoon. It’s the ideal warm-up before the night gets going — or a very good reason to make the afternoon the main event.
